Frequently Asked Questions

1. For privacy reasons, can I control this smart light without a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes. Once you have selected Add Device in the app, tap “Skip and switch to Bluetooth connection mode” to connect your lights via Bluetooth.

2. Some lights are not working or responding to controls. What should I do?

Please check the “Light Strip Length” setting in the app. Set it to match the actual number of lights on your string, then try controlling the lights again. 

3. Can I buy another set and connect the two light strings together?

No, these light strings cannot be physically connected end to end. However, you can add both sets in the app and use the Group Control function to operate them together.

4. Why can’t I find my device when adding it to the app?

Please reset the device to enter pairing mode. Press and hold the remote control or controller button for more than 5 seconds, or unplug and reconnect the power adaptor five times in succession.

5. What do I need to know before placing the order?

For the best lighting effect, please position the lights 5–10 cm away from the wall. Your eaves should therefore be at least 9 cm wide. Please measure the available width before purchasing.

6. Do you provide any decoration tips?

7. How does the timer work?

The timing function is that when you press the "timer" button, the red light on the control box will light up, indicating that it is working in timing. And the lights will be 6 hours on / 18 hours off.

If you want to turn timer off. Press the "timer". When the red light goes out, the timer is off.
