1. We offer returns within 30 days policy, which means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. All returned items must be returned in the original packaging in "like new condition" that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
3. Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, except for manufacturer defects.
4. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return non-defective products.

c. Fill in the Return Form.
2. Please provide a very brief description of why you wish to return the product. Usually your refund request will be handled within 3 working days.
3. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. We will refund 90% of the paid amount(minus 10% restocking fee) to you when the returned items are well received.
1. For a defective/damaged product request, please contact us via online chat window or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order information and pictures/videos of the product.
2. If you notify us of any defect within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product title, provided there is still stock.
3. If you don't want the replacement, we'll refund the full paid amount when the item is received.
1. We may offer some of our products at Closeout Pricing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards. Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date you purchase. And they can be gifted to others also.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
1. If the items are without any quality issues, customers will cover the refund shipping fee.
2. If the items are defective, seller will cover the refund shipping fee.
Kind Note: The specific fee will depend on the weight, the distance and the local carrier. Seller won't charge any for it.
1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please know that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
2. The refund amount depends on the specific amount you spent on the order. If a discount code was applied to your order, we will only refund the paid amount.
